Student Sales & Marketing Support

Join the Sales & Marketing team in a very fast paced, dynamic, global and challenging business environment. Supporting various business activities required to drive the growth of the company. Great opportunity to gain experience in the global Medical Device industry, in Sales & Marketing processes

This is a part time position: days and location are flexible (minimum 2 days a week)

Sales Support Activities:
  • Manage sales pipeline and updating Purchase orders
  • Entering leads into CRM from various channels
  • On-going support for business partners
  • Producing and analyzing weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports and KPIs
Marketing support activities:
  • Identifying leads in social media
  • Coordinate/assemble special shipping for conferences, special events
  • Check items upon delivery (quantities per PO, basic print quality spot check)
  • Maintain inventory in marketing materials’ W/H, Alert for “red line” to reorder
  • Assist with suggestions for new items
  • Assist with obtaining prices quotes
  • Assist with logistics for on-site visitors to DD in Israel
PRIORITY/interface with Finance:
  • Enter Purchase Requests for sales & marketing department
  • Produce budget reports
Requirements:
  • 2nd/3rd year student in Engineering/Business Administration/Information Systems.
  • Self-learner
  • Ability to manage and analyze data through CRM/ERP systems, and Excel proficiency
  • English – fluent, reading/writing/speaking
  • Additional languages (Spanish, French) an advantage.
  • Proactive and independent.
  • Team player
