Overall responsibilities:

• Manage the work with 3rd party vendors (Social media, Designers, Interpreters).
• Responsible for marketing procurement – working with vendors, financial system, internal stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and manage a structured marketing calendar detailing social media (organic and paid), email marketing campaigns and other lead generation campaigns.
• Drive, execute, monitor, and report email marketing activities in order to engage customers and deliver business growth.
• Update company’s digital assets – website, social, YouTube, etc.
• Maintaining CRM (Hubspot) setup and discipline, ensuring data is kept clean and up to date.
• Track effectiveness of various campaigns, monitor, optimize and report.
• Create global marketing materials including marketing collateral, videos, newsletters, etc.
• Coordinate and execute the company’s events, launches, distributers’ meetings, etc. (registration, leads, materials, preparation)
• Manage marketing materials – log, review requirements, printed stock, etc.
• Write content – social media, email, etc.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in marketing automation: HubSpot is a plus.
• Email marketing experience
• Social media experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Content writing skills – a plus
• Proficient in English
